When you decide you want fireworks for your event, contact Skysong Fireworks as soon as possible. We are international company, although we can put together events on short notice, contacting us at least FIVE month in advance will ensure that we can get all the necessary permits and materials. If you’d like a Fourth of July show, we recommend contacting us by January of the year you’d like the show. We love planning in advance to provide you with the perfect experience.

Due to the nature of fireworks, we need a qualified, safe location to shoot the show. For a typical aerial show, the ideal location is a wide-open field, away from buildings and people. If you have something else in mind, we’ll try to accommodate your wishes, utilizing our decades of experience shooting from buildings, bridges, stadiums, and just about everywhere else physically possible. Your show producer will help you identify the perfect location for your event and will take care of all the necessary pre-qualifications of the site.

If you can dream it, we can make it happen. We develop shows that range in size from the packed stadiums and the Macy’s 4th of July Spectacular, to high school graduations and weddings. We’ll work with you to determine what kind of show perfectly complements your event.

You will need to prepare the required license and permit, which includes the permit to import fireworks, the permit for fireworks show, and insurance.

As we are international company, we need to send technicians from China and ship our products to your country, so we can’t accept a budget of less than $50,000 for the time being. If your performance event budget is lower than our minimum requirement, we suggest that you purchase our professional products or search for local display companies. We can provide technical support.

Our show producers will work with you to develop a budget for your show. The budget is determined by the complexity, location, and run-time of the show.

Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll do everything we can to ensure an incredible performance within your budget.

After we’ve figured out the location, timeline, show type, and budget of your show, we’ll write a proposal discussing the specifics. Once you’ve carefully reviewed it, you’ll need to sign the enclosed agreement and send a deposit for the show.

The agreement will contain all of the legal information necessary to shoot the show. It will detail our responsibilities and yours. It should be carefully reviewed and signed by an authorized person in your management structure.

For new clients, we typically require a 50% deposit in advance and payment in full by the day of the event. Depending on the show, we reserve the right to change our payment and deposit requirements.

After we’ve received the completed agreement and the deposit, we’ll begin the production work on your show. Your show producer will discuss with you a wide variety of items, helping you to create the perfect show for your desired event.

Selection Many of our clients want their shows choreographed to music. We’ll work with you to ensure that the music selection complements your taste and the overall theme of the show. We can accommodate most song requests, so if you have a particular selection in mind, just let your show producer know.

Each show is customized to the theme of the customer’s event. We’ll discuss with you the various effects and fireworks of your show—if you’re looking for a particular effect, please let your show producer know and they’ll do their best to accommodate your request. Not all requests can be accommodated, but we’ll do everything that we can to make sure you get what you want.

Depending on the particulars of your event, security services might be required. If your event requires multiple setup days, or if the firing location isn’t secured, we’ll most likely require you to obtain the services of a private security firm. Security services are the responsibility of the client and must be addressed prior to the event.
